At Hangers of London we are committed to providing excellent customer service.
Covid19 Notice - In response to the recent government guidelines we have a reduced workforce and therefore orders may take a little longer to process than usual. At this unprecedented time Hangers of London can only offer our free standard delivery service. We thank you for your patience.
Hangers of London will aim to dispatch all orders received before 10am on the same day, any orders placed after this will be despatched the next day.
Our free service – expect delivery in 3-5 working days to UK mainland customers.
Proof of Delivery
Our standard practise is that all our deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery. Should you wish someone to sign for a delivery other than the addressee this signature will deem as proof of delivery.
Hangers of London cannot accept responsibility once goods are signed for.
Your delivery can be left in a designated place without a signature however unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for lost items once the courier has logged the delivery as delivered.
We can export orders across the globe. Europe orders typically take 3 days at a cost of £50.00. USA and Canada £150. Please contact us for information regarding delivery to your country.
Returns and Refunds
Here at Hangers of London we aim to meet your expectations by offering you the perfect product at affordable prices along with speedy delivery. However, should you not be 100% happy with your order we are happy for you to return it. Just simply Contact us and ensure its sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
All returns must be returned to us in original packaging and unused within 14 days from original dispatch. Returns should be logged with Recorded or Tracked deliveries to avoid loss as Hangers of London cannot be held responsible during return transit. Please note a full refund will be issued within 30 days minus the original postage. Note a £3 admin charge will be administered.
Our returns policy excludes personalised/ printed or special orders.
Your statuary rights are un-effected if returning faulty or incorrect orders.
